This is a migration of the previous Dartmoor Dartmerrier wiki. Instructions should be reviewed by management before tenant use. Private contact information, Wi-Fi passwords and door codes are intentionally excluded until secure tenant login is available.
Getting started
Our goal is to make your stay comfortable. Contact property management if you need assistance or supplies.

Internet
The Wi-Fi network and password will be available after secure login.
If service is interrupted, notify the property manager. Storm damage or nearby construction can cause outages. If instructed to restart the modem, the router is in the second bedroom; switch off its power strip for at least 15 seconds before turning it back on.
Trash & recycling
Trash bags may go in the black bin in the alley or the larger dumpster at the west end of the alley. Recycling goes in the blue bins across the alley near the gray shotgun house.

The former guide describes an exclusive parking pad on the east side and additional street parking near 1017 Dartmoor St N, 10th Ave N and Joyce Terrace. Please confirm current parking arrangements with management before relying on these directions.
Ring security system
Ring doorbell and sensors cover the front and rear doors and south gate. Management can grant account access. Professional monitoring may be available as an optional paid service; confirm current pricing and availability with management.
Nest thermostat
The Nest thermostat is in the second bedroom. Operate it manually or use the Nest app for schedules and energy-saving settings.

The portable LG air conditioner works manually or through LG ThinQ. Ask management to grant app access.
Important: Do not run the portable A/C at the same time as the washer or dryer; the shared circuit can overload.

Most house lights, except the bathroom, use Philips Hue. Exterior lighting schedules can be adjusted in the app. Contact management for replacement bulbs.

Replace the air-conditioning filter every three months using the supplied filters. Contact management if you need help or more filters.
Utilities
Residents are instructed to transfer electrical service to their own account with Duke Energy, subject to the current lease.

Limited attic storage may be available. Ask management before placing items in the attic.
